Francesco Paolo Tronca (pictured),Special Commissioner of Rome, presents the data of the patrimony of the Rome municipality. What emerged from the mapping of the real estate assets of the Town Hall, of 574 municipal buildings of the old town, many properties have ridiculously low rentals : 1.81 EUR to live near Termini Station, just over 5 euro to live near Campo de flowers or 32 euro for an apartment overlooking the Colosseum, emerged unpaid rents for 357 million euro.
